What is XB Sweat and Sculpt (XBSS)?
Ever want to have fun and enjoy your workouts? That’s what XB Sweat and Sculpt is all about. When you enjoy your workout, you’ll be more consistent to get the results you want.
XBSS alternates between 2 types of workouts: Sweat and Sculpt.
- Sweat workouts: you’ll do cardio-dance intervals that include simple steps. As you move through workouts that get your heart rate up, you’ll also enjoy sculpting intervals. These include slower, muscle defining moves.
- Sculpt workouts: you’ll focus on upper, lower, or total-body moves that are sure to strengthen and tone you from head to toe.

What’s included in XB Sweat and Sculpt Workout Schedule?
Here’s everything you need to know about XB Sweat and Sculpt. I suggest you do the sample workout and get a real experience to see what a great workout you get!
Do you have 30 minutes a day? That’s all it takes, 5 days a week for 3 weeks. If you are a member of BODi, you can enjoy Andrea Rogers XB Sweat + Sculpt Rides!
Here’s the schedule and workouts.
SWEAT: MON, WED, FRI
With great music, you’ll be sweating up a storm. These alternating high-intensity, low-impact moves combine cardio and strength. The sculpting intervals help you get lean muscles while burning calories.
SCULPT: TUES & THUR
Ready to focus on slower movements? You’ll use ankle weights and resistance loops to perform slower moves. With the constant tension, you’ll be maximizing the benefits! And let’s not forget tightening and defining your abs. That’s included during the grand finale core circuit.
You’ll love the bonus workouts.
EXPRESS: I love these 10 to 15- minute routines. You can add them on to a regular workout for extra activity or do them on their own. I like the option, especially if I don’t have much time. Yep, you’ll still get an amazing workout!

2-lb Ankle Weights and Resistance Loops are encouraged for deeper muscle activation and targeted sculpting.
Ankle weights are available in XB Sweat + Sculpt Total-Solution Packs, XB Sweat + Sculpt Accessories Bundles and as a standalone.
