Volume 3 P90X One on One is a continuation of the Tony Horton One on One series. It’s guess who –  Tony Horton unscripted in his personal gym. No frills, no classroom, no cast but lots of confusion!

P90X One on One adds a new dynamic of muscle confusion to your workout each month! No plateaus here. One on One works like a magazine subscription. One you sign up for P90X One on One, you automatically receive a new workout every month. Sometimes, cool free gifts are included too!

The workouts in P90X One on One series are between 50 and 60 minutes so you get a sense of that intense P90X experience. One on One is a complimentary program to P90X, the perfect program for you do after P90X.
