Although many of the cast used a Step, you don’t need one. A modifier does the Transform 20 sample workout without a Step. I don’t have one so I followed the modifier.
Let me tell you, it was an amazing workout that left me breathless, even without a Step! One thing I love about Shaun T’s workouts is that there are no breaks. You just keep moving.
