On Feb. 22, Shaun T. appeared on the Tyra Banks show to show everyone some cardio-intensive moves from Insanity, his latest fitness DVD! Shaun T. is all about pushing people to the limits with his Insanity workout!
Tyra started out the show by talking about working out and how it’s about being the best that you can be!

Shaun had to stop while Tyra put his microphone back in his booty area!
He demonstrated everything from Switch Kicks and Tricep Ball Pushups to Power Jumps, keeping perfect form the whole time. Tyra Banks even joined him for a pushup or two!
