RevAbs 90 day fitness program. The RevAbs Nutrition Guide is 65 pages of healthy meals, snacks, and recipes created to help you get flat, firm abs. The nutrition plan is also designed to give you plenty of energy to complete your Rev Ab workouts! Many people have trouble with proper nutrition when starting a fitness program. I get emails about this all the time. Eating healthy and fitness go hand in hand. If you are not going to eat right there is no point to workout hard. Each recipe provides instructions on how to prepare the meal and lists the calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber.
