P90X2 Total Body Workout Preview

One of the hot, new workouts included with P90X-2 is X2 Total Body! You can see in the video that these moves really kick things up a notch! X2 Total Body will hit every part of your body so you better stock up on P90X Results and Recovery drink!

The good news about P90X2 is that you don’t have to be at an amazing fitness level to do it! You can follow the cast member that does the modifications and work towards the harder version.

Many of these exercises work multiple muscles at the same time. What? That’s right. Check out the P90X2 cast striking a Yoga Warrior 3 pose while doing bicep curls. That’s what I’m talking about! It’s a true two-fer that will have you burning up your body fat and building up some muscle. Do I see a “gun show” in your near future?

These are not your P90X exercises folks. Another favorite is the shoulder press while engaged in a deep lunge. Ouch. The level of difficulty with these X2 moves will give you a challenge and get you in the best shape of your life when done!
