Each workout is 3 weeks long. When you finish the first 3 weeks of Muscle Burns Fat, then you move on to Muscle Burns Fat Advanced (#mbfa) for the next 3 weeks.

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: asymmetrical moves using one weight.
- Tuesday and Thursday: Cardio workouts.
- Saturday: feature EMOMs (every minute on the minute) that will push you to give everything you’ve got.
- Sunday: recovery workouts will stretch and revitalize your muscles. You’ll need and appreciate this workout!
What Equipment do you need for Muscle Burns Fat?
- Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
- BOD Rope
- Cordless Indoor Jump Rope. Saturday workouts also feature EMOMs (every minute on the minute) that will push you to give everything you’ve got.

Who is Megan Davies
Megan Davies is a personal trainer with a motivating and simple workout style. I love her positive personality. She makes it easy to follow along and keep going during a workout. Megan has experience training clients and holds certifications from NSCA and CPTS. She’s even opening her own gym!
Megan won THE 20s, a Beachbody fitness reality show. She also created the Clean Week fitness program, one of my personal favorites!
Who Should do the #mbf and #mbfa Workouts?
#mbf Muscle Burns Fat is a workout for beginners. It features simple, easy-to-follow moves and 25- to 35-minute workouts.
#mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced is an intermediate fitness program. It features longer 25- to 40-minute workouts that build on the moves you learned in #mbf and includes Megan Minutes, which are 1-minute challenges using heavy weights and low-rep burnouts.
When are the #mbf and #mbfa Workouts Available?
Muscle Burns Fat will be available on Beachbody On Demand (BOD) for VIP Early Access on July 27.
