Making Fitness a Habit for Lasting Results

Habits. We all have them but most people develop bad habits. A bad habit is always easier to fall into than a good one! If you are just starting a health and fitness routine, you know how difficult it can be to stick with it!

Many people think that if they can only stick with a fitness program for the duration of 90 days, that’s it – they will look and feel better! The problem is that the new fitness won’t last unless you are consistent and make fitness a lifestyle habit. Most people stick with a fitness or nutrition program temporarily and then fall back into old habits.

I get many messages from people telling me that after they completed their fitness program, the weight slowly crept back and they were right back where they started. Starting a fitness and nutrition program can get you to your goals but healthy habits will keep you there!

How many times have you started a fitness routine only to find that you didn’t see results overnight or got bored and gave up? Maybe you lost your enthusiasm or got distracted by your busy life. It took a long time for you to get into your current condition. It makes sense that it will take time to fix it!

For those that are disciplined enough to stick with it, the rewards are amazing! You want that too! Feel and look better, have more energy, and be a healthier YOU! The benefits of being fit and healthy go way beyond looks!
