What is the LIIFT4 Sample Workout?

The LIIFT4 sample workout is your chance to try it out and see if it’s a good fit for you.

The full LIIFT4 program includes 32 unique, real-time workouts. That means you won’t get bored because you don’t do the same exact workout twice! You only workout 4 days a week! That’s perfect for busy people.

The sample workout is a taste of various moves from the full fitness program. It’s a great way to see if you like working out with awesome trainer Joel Freeman and if you like the moves.

The sample workout is about 30 minutes. In the first half, you’ll need weights to do weightlifting moves. The second half of the LIIFT4 sample workout includes intense cardio moves followed by some amazing core exercises.

Does LIIFT4 Really Work to Get Fit?

I haven’t done the entire workout. I did the LIIFT4 sample workout and all I can say is “WOW!”

I thought is would be easy but I was sweating just minutes into the workout. I was really feeling it halfway through.

Although the moves are straight-forward, nothing fancy, Joel Freeman combines them in such a way that you get the most out of every move.

When I finished, I was feeling it.

Joel explains every move very clearly and there is a modifier that you can follow. Don’t worry, you’ll still get a great workout.

How to Try the Sample LIIFT4 Workout

To try the LIIFT4 workout, you’ll need a Beachbody On Demand membership. You can get it here and check it out for 14 days.

Get your 14-day membership here at no cost.

Make sure you join the 3 Month Membership Plan where you won’t get billed for 14 days. That will give you a chance to try Beachbody On Demand and LIIFT4.

Once you have your Beachbody On Demand membership, click LIIFT4 workout. You will see a list of the workouts that have a lock on them.

You’ll have to purchase the VIP Early Access to unlock.

To try the sample LIIFT4 workout, just click Try Workout at the top of the LIIFT4 fitness page.

The full LIIFT4 workout will be available on Beachbody On Demand starting October 1, 2018.
