If your goal is to build muscle while losing weight, LIIFT More can help you get there in 8 weeks.
Although Joel recommends an adjustable bench, he gives you modifications if you don’t have one.

What are the LIIFT MORE workouts?
- Program length: 8 weeks
- Workouts per week: 5
- Workout length: 35-45 minutes
- Required: Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
- Recommended: adjustable bench, to maximize the effectiveness of each move
- Optional: Power Loops, for burnout rounds
You’ll do LIIFT More 5 days a week for about 45 minutes a day over 8 weeks. You won’t get bored with the 40 unique workouts.
The 8 weeks include 2 phases:
- Phase 1 focuses on strength and mass.
- Phase 2 helps you get ripped with more reps and combinations.
Using good form will help you get the results you want and Joel teaches you the details of every move.
I love that HIIT workouts are included to help with fat loss and get that sculpted look!
Best of all, if you’re running late and don’t have the full 45 minutes to exercise, you can do the 20-minute LIIFT Express workouts. You can even use these Express workouts as an add-on to get even more.
Since the fitness program is 5 days, that leaves 2 days for you to rest. It’s important to give your body time to rest and recover.
Do I need equipment?
Yes, you’ll need a few items, like light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
As mentioned, an adjustable bench will help you perform compound lifts but Joel has modifications in case you don’t have one. I don’t have one but that won’t stop me!
