If you have been struggling to get in the best shape of your life, you have to ask yourself why. It’s likely not the eating plan or exercise plan, but you. What are you willing to do. How badly do you want it?
Does P90X work? Yes, if you are willing to do the following:
- Put in the effort. Commit to the workouts 6 days a week according to the schedule. Even if you can’t perform every workout or do the full amount of reps, keep going at your own pace until you can.
- Follow the nutrition plan. I get comments from people who tell me they did P90X and it didn’t work. I always ask if they followed the eating plan and the answer is always NO. They continued eating poorly which is not going to get you the results you want.
- Put some oomph into it. You can just go through the motions, using weights that are too light or doing the exercises halfway. If you do that, you will not get results. Put your heart and soul into it and bring some intensity to your workout.
