645 combines strength training, cardio, and mobility work using functional, powerful moves that will target your entire body, and still leave you feeling invigorated, energized, and ready for anything. Commit to Amoila 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day, and you’ll reach your peak in 13 weeks.

The 13-week 645 program include 4 stages:

  • 645 Stage 1 – Focus on skill and movement, while recognizing any challenges you may have.
  • 645 Stage 2 – Start ramping up the workouts.
  • 645 Stage 3 – Ramp up even more!
  • 645 Stage 4 – This is your performance peak!
