Created by Amoila Cesar, this intense functional workout is not for the faint of heart.

Combining strength, endurance, hypertrophy, power, and mobility, THE WORK is an advanced-level workout.

This new Beachbody program focuses on three elements that are the pillars of Amoila’s training style: strength, agility, and mobility. Ready for a total-body transformation? THE WORK is challenging and aimed at helping you gain muscle and drop body fat! I like it already.

What is 6 Weeks of THE WORK?

Amoila Cesar has an impressive background training top athletes and celebrities. In 2017, he helped the then-Los Angeles Lakers forward, Julius Randle transform his body in just three weeks.  He has a number of clients that consider him their go-to strength and transformation specialist.

Now, Amoila brings his proven training regimen to you so you can work out in the comfort of your home and get amazing results.

In 6 Weeks of THE WORK, you’ll focus on challenging your body with functional fitness, compound lifts, agility moves, and mobility exercises. Amoila’s special training methods will help you strengthen your body and prepare you for real-life activities. Let’s not forget mental toughness, another important part of the program.

According to Amoila, “You’re going to be the best version of yourself by the time you finish. Even your psyche will be contagious. You’re going to rub off on whoever you’re around.”

Who is Amoila Cesar?

With a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Central Florida, he is also ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified.

That’s not all, Amoila Cesar has certifications in TRX, strength and conditioning, performance training, and precision nutrition.

On top of that, he’s also a sports performance and fitness nutrition specialist (ACE) and a weight-management specialist (NCCPT).

He is a great motivator with the ability to get his clients working harder to attain their desired results.

Who should do 6 Weeks of THE WORK?

Beachbody will put you to the test with this workout! As an advanced-level workout, THE WORK is not for everyone. You can take the fitness test to see if the program is a good fit for you.

If you don’t meet the requirements, don’t worry. Do another Beachbody program and then come back to it later!

What’s included with THE WORK?

Like the name says, it’s a 6-week program and includes the following:

  • 36 unique workouts shot in real time that are approximately 45 minutes each.
  • 6 days a week plus one rest day.
  • Fitness level: This is an advanced program and is not for everyone. We recommend taking the Fit Test ahead of time before starting this program.
  • Explicit language is used. I am not a fan but there will also be a clean version of each workout, available in English.
  • Only clean tracks of each workout will be available in Spanish and French.

When is 6 Weeks of THE WORK available?

VIP Early Access and bundles for 6 Weeks of THE WORK go on sale September 30, 2019. 6 Weeks of THE WORK will be available to all Beachbody On Demand members in Spring 2020.
