    I have b een doing p90x and insanity for about year and half now…started with p90x…did 2 cycles thru..then did 1 cycle of insanity..now i combine them with 1 every other day.
    i just bought chalean extreme and turbo fire to do something different (getting burned out with the other 2)
    how should i implement them…should i work one all the way thru it’s cycle or can i combine them right away??
