TurboFire and ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid Workout

Looking for the TurboFire and ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid workout schedule? I’ve gotten lots of emails about this lately! You can find the schedule in the TurboFire Turn Up the Burn guide on page 56. The schedule is 5 non-tear out pages and covers 20 weeks.

When TurboFire meets ChaLEAN Extreme, you get the ultimate hybrid workout! For best results, be sure to start the hybrid schedule after you complete the 90-day TurboFire classes. The first phase of the new schedule is Recovery, which you’ll need after your HIIT workouts!

What’s the Difference Between ChaLEAN Extreme and TurboFire?

The focus of ChaLEAN Extreme workouts is on building lean muscle through resistance and strength training. You can make amazing changes in your body by building muscle. You won’t bulk up with these workouts! Instead, your body will be toned, fit, and strong. The best news is that strength training really boost your metabolism, so you’ll be burning calories long after your workout is over!

ChaLEAN Extreme starts out less instense then TurboFire but builds as the weeks go on.

TurboFire is a very intense, HIIT (high intensity interval training) fitness program. Before investing in TurboFire, make sure you are fit enough to do high intensity training. The moves are also choreographed so be sure you like to follow and can learn steps or it will be difficult for you to get a good workout. Fortunately the workouts include a “New to Class” feature where Chalene Johnson takes more time to teach you the steps. HIIT workouts are tough and very tiring but can help you burn up to 9 times more calories than traditional cardio workouts.
