Beachbody announced their newest products for 2018 and 2019. I am excited to share the information with you about new fitness programs that will challenge you and help transform your body.
Beachbody’s newest additions are Shaun T’s new workout Transform 20 and 4 new workouts added to Chris Downing’s Shift Shop.

There’s even a new Shakeology flavor, Pumpkin Spice Vegan!

Shaun T Transform :20 Workout Details
Coming in 2019, Transform 20 by Shaun T. is a full body workout that will challenge your body and mind.
Shaun T designed Transform :20 to help you get stronger and leaner. The program is 6 weeks long and you do the workouts 6 days a week. Don’t worry Shaun packs a challenge into each 20-minute workout so you can get results!
The new Beachbody workout, Transform :20 is not just about transforming your body. Shaun T created other videos to challenge your mind.
Through sharpening your focus and visualizing your goals, you’ll be better equipped to achieve your fitness goals.
This is a Step program like none that you’ve ever seen. Unlike the traditional “Step Workout Aerobics”, Transform 20 includes more function than dance.
You are probably wondering if you need equipment for Transform 20. Even though you will be working on your abs, legs, upper body, and glutes, you won’t lift any weights to get this workout done!
The Step is the only piece of equipment to get the best results with Shaun’s Transform 20.
Another big plus with Transform 20 is the weekly behind-the-scenes videos aimed at helping you stay even more motivated! With Shaun T and the cast discuss their own challenges with their own ideas of how to stay committed.

New Shift Shop Proving Grounds Workouts
Coming in October 2018, four new Shift Shop workouts will be available. If you are ready to take your “shift” to a new level, you’ll love these addition “ramp-up” workouts.
That’s not all!
Chris Downing’s Shift Shop fitness program is relaunching to give you even better results with a new Prep Week.
The new Shift Shop workouts include two Quick Shift workouts to help get you prepped before you begin the program.
The four new workouts include:
- Quick Shift: Speed – A 15-minute agility routine designed to get you ready for the timed challenges you’ll face during the Proving Grounds workouts.
- Quick Shift: Strength – Prep for your strength challenges with a 15-minute resistance routine that’ll get you pumped for what’s to come.
- Proving Grounds: Speed – Test your coordination, endurance, and mental muscle with speed and agility drills. Go up against Chris and his team and set a score you’ll aim to beat week after week.
- Proving Grounds: Strength – Face resistance challenges and prove yourself by scoring high on reps performed and weight moved.

New Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology
The newest addition to Shakeology flavors is Pumpkin Spice Vegan. It will be available in the Fall of 2018.
Fall is the perfect time to enjoy a delicious pumpkin spice shake amid the cooler weather and colorful leaves.
Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology will be available for a limited time. You’ll enjoy the pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger flavors on the new Shakeology flavor.
Like other Shakeology flavors, Pumpkin Spice Vegan includes a blend of protein, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are good for you.
It will be available in the U.S. only.
