Staying Fit After Age 50

Staying fit at age 50 and beyond can be a challenge, especially if you’ve led a sedentary or low activity life up until this point. It is more important than ever to get yourself back to the best health possible. With increased life expectancy these days, living to your 85 or 90 is not unusual.

But if you plan to live those golden years with quality of life, you better start paying attention to your health and fitness now! Don’t be one of those people who can’t even enjoy your golden years because you are too sick from lifestyle illnesses! Start exercising and eating healthy right now.

Picture this: you are 85 years old. You can hardly walk and are housebound most of the time, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, and have to remember to take 15 medications a day. That’s not how I want to live my life! How about you?

Teresa was thinking the same thing when she turned 50 years old. She did not want to look or feel 50, and wanted to look ahead to a quality life as she aged.

She didn’t need to feel 25 years old but just wanted to be in the best shape possible at this stage of life. She took on Insanity workout. She knew she would sweat and push herself to the limit. Looking forward to a body transformation in just 60 days, Insanity was the workout to her there.
