Debbie starts you out with her popular reverse crunches that are sure to tighten up your lower abs. Continuing with regular crunches, the focus in on the upper abdominals. Don’t forget your waist, as Debbie moves on to work the oblique with crunch and extend moves. If you have “love handles” these moves will help you get a nicer, smaller waist!
