One of the things I love about Shaun’s workout is that he’s so motivating. Just when I feel like I can’t go another step, he motivates me to keep going and do better.
There aren’t breaks in his workouts. No, he isn’t standing around blabbing. With constant movement, his workouts will keep you moving throughout the routines.
He doesn’t spend a lot of time telling you how to do the move. He shows it to you and then motivates you through the workout.
That’s what I love about him. Some trainers spend the entire time telling you every little thing without much motivation. But Shaun wants to keep you moving, and you will!

Who is Shaun T?
Shaun T is a fitness trainer and motivator, choreographer, and motivational speaker. He has created home fitness programs that are proven to help you get in the best shape ever.
