The Shakeology 50 Workout is part of a 2-DVD set that contains a 30-minute workout sequence and a 50-minute workout sequence. While you’re first starting out, we recommend you do the 30-minute workout three times a week. Then rotate in the 50-minute workout once a week. You can go at your own pace, but kick it up a notch as soon as you’re ready to.
Soon, you’ll notice more muscle tone and fewer food cravings. Before you know it, you’ll have enough strength and energy to tackle The 50 three times a week.
Your trainer, Tania Ante, leads you through the Shakeology Workouts. Tania has 2 other people doing the workout with one of those being the exercise modifier. You’ll need resistance bands or weights for the Shakeology 50 minute workout.
With The 50 Shakeology Workout, your body will continue to progress on its path toward total wellness. As your body becomes stronger and more efficient, The 50 will accelerate your progress—your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility—in an easy-to-follow format.
Tania starts out the workout with a 5-minute low impact warmup that will get you pumped for your workout! She then takes you through a series of workouts that include jumping jacks, biceps and shoulders, squats, back, triceps, and much more! Tania mixes the exercises up nicely with a series of weight bearing exercises followed by cardio activities.
Tania is motivating and does a great job of explaining and showing you how to do the exercises.She finishes up with a nice cool down with a variety of stretches.
