Review for P90X: What Can You Expect?
I am real person who really did several rounds of this extreme fitness program. This is not a bunch of rehashed information about Beachbody’s most popular fitness program like you’ve seen in other blogs. This review for P90X is from someone who got great results and knows first-hand that it works.
Review for P90X: What’s So Great About it?
I found this home fitness program because I was tired of the same old workouts at the gym where I wasn’t getting results. I needed some cute, toned arms and abs, but couldn’t seem to make it happen. When it arrived at my home, I wasted no time and started immediately. This extreme system took some getting used to.
Let’s be honest in this review for P90X, it’s a 6-day per week fitness program and I was overwhelmed. But I was also determined so I made the committed for the 90 days. Really, what’s 90 days out of my whole life?
I chose the Lean program since I didn’t want to build big muscles. The first 2 weeks I was so sore I could hardly move. Really, it was crazy. There were days where I could hardly face another session but I stayed focused.
I stuck to the 6-day a week workouts, progressing as I went along. Within 30 days, friends were starting to complement me on my arms and telling me how toned they look. I could feel it. I felt more confident wearing sleeveless shirts and cute tanktops!
I was energized and felt tighter all over.
I started increasing the dumbbell weights in month 2 and was really crushing the workouts by then. Although it did take me nearly 60 days to get through all repetitions of Ab Ripper X.
Combined with the Nutrition Plan, this fitness program really worked. I was almost forced to stick with the food plan because otherwise, the workouts would have been a big waste of time. Imagine working out hard like that but not looking like I did anything? I couldn’t let that happen. I continued to eat the right foods and it was the best decision I ever made.
By the end of 90 days, I had the toned body I always wanted. In this review for P90X, you learned that it does work. But it takes hard work and commitment. You can read all the great reviews you want, and be convinced that it’s the best fitness program for you. But you must be willing to commit to it for the 90 days to get the most out of it.
I hope this “review for P90X” helped you to decide if this is right for you. Do you want to get in the best shape of your life or continue doing the same old thing and looking the same?
