Power 90 is a 90-day at home fitness program created by Tony Horton. You may have heard of Tony Horton from P90X, an extreme fitness program that can transform your body from fit to extremely ripped in 90 days!
Power 90 uses a technique called Sectional Progression. Each move that you do works a specific muscle group. This guarantees muscle growth and fat loss throughout your entire body, one area at a time. The Power 90 In Home Boot Camp workouts are 35 – 45 minutes each. They don’t take much time so you can work fitness into your busy schedule. You do the Power 90 fitness program 6 days per week.
Does Power 90 by Beachbody really work? Like any fitness program, you get out of it what you put into it. If you stick to the Power 90 program, actually do it 6 days a week and follow the nutritional plan, you can get great results.
Power 90 In Home Boot Camp is aimed at people who are just getting started with a fitness program. Power 90 will make you sweat and leave you a little sore the next day! Tony Horton makes the workout intense. He is a great trainer and very motivating.
What equipment do you need? To do Power 90, you will need at least a resistance band. You can also use dumbbells for the sculpting workout that is part of the program. Power 90 comes with one FREE resistance band!
The workout routines consists of 3 circuits. Each circuit is 35 – 40 minutes. It is challenging to go through the circuits! You also get 2 Ab Ripper routines. Take a look at Ab Ripper 100. It is good for beginners and easy to learn. Ab Ripper 100 is also effective at working your abs in a systematic way for maximum effectiveness. The exercises are familiar ones and you do 10 ab exercises for 10 repetitions each.
Many people who want to do P90X do Power 90 instead. P90X is a very extreme fitness program and if you are just starting out, I do not advise that you do it. If you are considering P90X, I recommend you do Power 90 to prepare for it.
If you are just getting started with a fitness program, P90 In Home Fitness program is a good choice for you. If your fitness level is intermediate to advanced, then Power 90 is not the fitness program for you. Try P90X or INSANITY.
