Previously, working out regularly in the gym and doing DVD's such as Julian Roberts, I can say that it may have taken me a few weeks to feel the after math of my workout. Today is my second day doing the Insanity workout and I must say I feel it all over my body. I have not preformed P90X, but I can say if this is how Insanity makes you feel I have no need to try anything else.

I'm a skinny type of guy and I go for the leaner muscles. I also am a free runner, and I can't have bulky muscle mass getting in my way.
I definitely say Insanity.

I use both. I follow the P90X calendar, but on the cardio days (yoga, kenpo, plyo) I do an Insanity workout.
