What is Job 1 Workout?
Job One is a 20 minute a day workout. You do it 5 days a week. I love that it’s just 20 minutes. Surely you can make time for that!
Resistance and cardio are at the heart of Job 1 fitness and includes 4 optional rides on the MYXfitness bike.
Jennifer will challenge you with innovative functional training.
You’ll hit multiple muscle groups every single day for a total-body sweat that leaves you feeling stronger, invigorated, and accomplished.

What are the Job 1 Workouts?
Program Length: 4 weeks
Workouts per week: 5
Workout Length: about 20 minutes
You have time for this, right?
Three of the days are strength training. Each Job 1 One strength training day brings you a different structure so you can make good progress.
The other 2 days are devoted to endurance cardio and HIIT. This helps build your stamina while improving your energy.
And, as an option, Job 1 fitness includes four 20-minute indoor cycling workouts. This is the first time a Beachbody workout has ever featured cycling!
You can use any stationary bike or an MYX Bike. You can optionally choose to do these workouts in place of a cardio day workout to change things up.
That’s not all!
Beachbody plans to release 5 bonus workouts after the initial launch.

What About Job 1 Nutrition?
Taking care of you is a combination of nutrition and fitness.
Jennifer Jacobs recommends following one of Beachbody’s nutrition programs: 2B Mindset or Portion Fix. They’ve been proven effective and people get great results!
They’re simple nutritional programs with no complicated calorie counting (I never liked that) or complex meal planning.
And of course, drink Shakeology daily. It’s an easy way to add to nutrition to your routine.

- Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
- You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, as well as resistance loops to do Job 1.
- Stationary bike for optional bike workouts.
