Jennifer took the Insanity workout challenge and looks amazing. Several months ago, she was sad, depressed, and going through a divorce. After having chest pains and a trip to the doctor, she was diagnosed with high blood pressure at age 31!
That was a wakeup call that scared her and she knew she had to do something other than going to the gym and walking on a treadmill.

As a result, she gained a great sense of accomplishment and her confidence grew and translated into every in her life! She went to work happier and less stressed, was a better mom and better self. And she looked absolutely fantastic, losing 10 pounds, 2 dress sizes, 1 pants size and 1 shirt size!
She is ready to tackle life now and can take on something almost impossible because she did it with Insanity!
