Jennie Garth, a star of the former 90210, made a big comeback on the new 90210. But first, she needed to tone up for the for her comeback role. Jennie Garth had already given birth to three beautiful girls. She also gained and lost lots of pounds during those pregnancies.
Jennie shaved a few pounds off for her appearance on “Dancing with the Stars”. With all that dancing, naturally she was able to slim down. But after the show was done, Jennie Garth went off the exercise wagon. She was also dealing with some personal family medical issues.
So Jennie did what any person in need of toning and getting healthy does: Jennie Garth started working out five days a week with P90X by Beachbody and trainer Tony Horton. She worked out with her husband and actor Peter Facinielli.
“Every day is different,” she says. “One day is really hard yoga. Then arms and shoulders, legs, then karate. His program is made to confuse the muscles so you don’t plateau. I feel better now than I ever have.”
