Shaun T. starts out with a 4-minute warmup. A nice stretch? No way! You know the typical Insanity warmup, including max intervals with speed jogging, crazy jumping jacks, 123 Heisman, high knee abs, and falls squats – all moving at a fast and furious pace! Shaun keeps pushing you to go faster and the sweating begins!
Next, you will be thankful for the stretch that comes next. You’ll need it! After 3 minutes of stretching, you start the real Insanity Fast and Furious workout! It may not seem like much time for a workout, but believe me, my legs were absolute jello when I was done and my heart rate was way up!
Moving at a fast and furious pace, Shaun leads you through exercises like sprints, moving pushups, power knees and crazy diamond jumps. You do 3 rounds of each set of 3 exercises.
Part way through, I felt like I could hardly continue but Shaun T is a true motivator and pushed me through this crazy workout.
