You may have heard of super trainers Elise Joan and Jericho McMatthews. Together, they created FIRE AND FLOW to help you get results without burning out.
If you’re familiar with these trainers, you can guess who leads which routines.
Jericho leads the FIRE workouts and Elise takes you through the FLOW routines.

What is FIRE AND FLOW?
Fire and Flow is a 4-week program and includes 25-30 minute workouts. You’ll alternate between FIRE routines and FLOW workouts 6 days a week.
The FIRE workouts focus on metabolic conditioning while the FLOW workouts focus on active recovery, restorative mobility, stability, and core strength. I can surely use all of that!
Whatever your fitness level, Fire and Flow will help you focus on getting your body moving while relaxing your mind.
The FIRE AND FLOW 4-Week Journal is designed to help you track your healthy habits and inspire you with 5-minute self-care prompts.
What are the FIRE AND FLOW workouts?
The alternating Fire and Flow workouts will help you in so many ways! First up is Jericho, who will help you increase metabolism with metabolic conditioning. With strength and cardio training, you’ll be able to sculpt the lean muscle while burning calories.
These full-body workouts will get your body moving!
On other days, Elise will take you through FLOW moves to emphasize active recovery. I look forward to restorative mobility and stability. It’s such a great compliment to cardio activities.
FLOW moves consist of slow and controlled movements. You’ll also be able to release tension in your body through mindfulness. Relaxing our minds helps relieve stress and can contribute to better sleep.
You get 3 days of FIRE and 3 days of FLOW with a full day of rest each week. That sounds perfect for me! I can’t wait to get moving with this new program.

Is there a Modifier?
Yes, FIRE AND FLOW includes a modifier that shows an easier version of every move. The modifier helps you progress at any fitness level.
If you need a more intense version of a move, there is another modifier that shows a more intense version of the moves. That will surely help you push yourself further if you want to.
Wherever you start from, you can succeed!
FIRE AND FLOW also includes 4 FIRE and 4 FLOW bonus workouts that focus on abs, glutes, arms, and flexibility. They can be added to any workout.
