I also recommend Shaun-T`s Rockin Body. There are two workout there Hardcore Abs and Rock It Out. These two together and you have Hardcore Abs =)
I love the deluxe in Brazil Butt Lift.  I do UPPERCUTS and Abs rapido on sundays.

Each individual is going to have different barriers, and it&#039;s all about opening those barriers. For instance, if time is the big culprit, then the focus shouldn&#039;t be on something like finding a better gym, it should be on figuring out how to work out at home or at work, where there&#039;s no waste of time in commute. Take the time to look at the direct barriers in your life and see what you can do to open them up.</description>
