He plays Vampire King Russell, on HBO’s True Blood vampire series and Denis O’Hare does P90X in real life. When you first start the 90-day workout program, you may get sore or have a difficult time getting through the workouts. Don’t worry, you will progress over time. Don’t give up. If you can’t do all the repetitions of an exercise, just do as many as you can with good form. For example, if Tony Horton has the P90X gang doing 15 repetititions and you can only do 6 – 8, then do that. Keep track and then next time, go for a few more reps.
