Bands or Ankle Weights for More Challenge
You can use bands and ankle weights or not, depending on your level of fitness. There is always a cast member who modifies the exercises. You can follow her if you don’t want to use the equipment. Make no mistake. Even if you don’t use the bands and ankle weights, you will still get an amazing workout! The High and Tight workout takes you through three routines:
- Standing work with bands
- Floor work with bands
- Floor work with ankle weights.
Leandro starts each move slowly so you have a chance to get it. Then he starts moving through the exercises at a fast pace. He is very motivating and not big on breaks! So get ready to work your booty.
I love the standing work in Brazil Butt Lift High and Tight because not only do you get great booty sculpting but you learn to balance and use your core at the same time.
The floor work is extremely focused and your booty will be burning! It will be well worth it for you to hang in there and complete the exercises! If you decide not to use the bands or ankle weight, don’t worry. You can always progress your way to the weighted workouts.
