Bob Michael recently finished 90 days of P90X. Now, Bob is in the best shape of his life, at age 60! He used to watch 2 to 3 hours of television each night, ate things he was not supposed to eat and drank stuff he was not supposed to drink.
He will never forget the first time he put that first P90X DVD in the DVD player. It was the P90X Chest and Back exercise DVD. He could only do about 35 minutes of a 58 minute P90X workout.
He stuck with P90X and did a little more each week. At the end of the 90 days, he was doing 170 pushups! He lost 20 pounds and looks amazing!
His cholesteral is down, blood pressure is down, and he is sleeping better. He loves the P90X diet plan too – easy to follow and it works! Bob tells everyone about P90X, it’s the best thing that every happened to him.
Bob even entered the senior olympics and earned 12 Gold medals! He is 60 years old. If Bob can do P90X and get in great shape, so can you!
Bob says to put away the beer, put away the television remote for at least 1 hour per night and pick up a dumbbell and get your workout done. He is very grateful to P90X and everyone at Beachbody. Do your best and forget the rest!
