Ways to Workout at Home
There are many ways to workout at home.
You could just get outside for a walk, run or bike ride.
I was never a big fan of biking until recently. I started biking around the neighborhood and found that I loved it.
Combined with my walking and home workout programs, I stay super fit.
Use cardio workouts at home to get your heart rate pumping! I love this because I can sweaty in the privacy of my home and jump in the shower right after. It’s a real time saver too since I don’t have to drive anywhere.
I like to add Yoga workouts at home at least once a week to stay mindful and keep my muscles nice and stretched.
Another cool thing is if you just have 15 extra minute you can grab a 10-minute abs workout at home.
Really the possibilities are endless.

Focus T25 is by far my favorite cardio home workout. Shaun T is an amazing motivator. This workout is somewhat more intense than the aforementioned cardio workouts. The good news is that there’s a modifier should you need one! And even that workout will have you sweating like crazy! It’s one of the best workout routines at home and each one is only 25 minutes. Great when you are short on time.

I highly recommend 3-Week Yoga Retreat. You can stream it online to most any Internet connected device and the Yoga sessions are just 30 minutes.
It’s broken down into three weeks, with each week building on the previous weeks. There are three cast members so you get to experience the modified version, the advanced and the regular of any yoga pose.
