You think you are too overweight to workout? That is just an excuse for NOT working out. It is very common to feel like there is nothing you can do about when you are out of shape and overweight.
Take Dallas for example. He tipped the scales at 355 pounds. He resigned himself that there was nothing he could do to lose the weight and felt it was just in his genes. He had diabetes, sleep apnea, and he could barely walk. He needed a strong source of motivation to break the cycle.
Dallas gave P90X a try. He could barely do the P90X workout when he first started but kept pushing. After several rounds of P90X, he lost a whopping 190 pounds and 25% body fat. Now, he is in great shape and work outs all the time.
You may be even bigger than Dallas and not able to do a program like P90X. In this case you can do a Beachbody fitness program that is less extreme. Take Victoria, who weighed in at over 400 pounds! She started with Power 90 and modified all the moves. She lost over 100 pounds and is still on her weight loss journey. She is now doing “Tony and the Folks”, a very low impact workout designed for people who are limited in what they can do.

Has anyone else suggest other related topics that I can search for to find out more information?
