Is 80 Day Obsession Effective to Get Results?
These workouts include intense cardio and resistance. Every move is designed to help tone and tighten different parts of your body like legs, arms, chest, back and shoulders.
You’ll need to use some equipment:

Autumn is an amazing trainer, explaining each move before you do it. Plus every day is different. I love that as opposed to doing the same exact workout on alternate days.
If you follow the plan, as you progress through the program you’ll start seeing small results that eventually turn into big results. Autumn thought of everything, even a foam roller workout!
The 80 Day workouts are 30 to 60 minutes and include a modifier. I am thankful for that! Being able to follow the modifier is perfect for anyone who is not ready to do the main moves. I follow the modifier frequently and still get a great workout!
The 80 Day Obsession Eating Plan is based on Time-Nutrition. This was new to me but I always love to learn new ways to help myself.
