What Type of Exercises Will I be Doing?
The Hard Corps moves are basic, but the boot camp workouts are intense and challenging. By the end of each 22-minute session, you can expect your muscle to be shakey and be a sweaty mess.
Each day of the program includes a series of workout rounds that fit inside of 22 minutes! You will rotate through cardio, functional resistance and core focused exercises.
